How do I place a new order for my prescription?

Fax: Have your provider call 1 (888) 327-9791 to get a fax order form.

Mail: Log in to myCigna to download a Home Delivery Order Form which can be found in Find a Form. Send the order form and your prescription to:

How do I refill my prescription?

Log in to the myCigna® App or website: Click on the Prescriptions tab and select My Medications from the dropdown menu. Then click the button next to your medication name to move your prescription(s) electronically.

Express Scripts® Pharmacy: Call 1 (800) 835-3784 to place your refill order(s) over the phone. Be sure to have your Cigna ID card, provider contact information, and medication name(s).
